Questions about Annoyify

How are reminders scheduled?

Choose a habit and an annoyance level from 1 to 10. The level controls reminder frequency. Set quiet hours, such as 22:00–07:00, to pause reminders during that window in your timezone. Delivery also depends on notification permissions and device connectivity.

Does it detect cravings or block apps?

Annoyify sends reminders and lets you record check-ins. It does not detect cravings automatically or prevent you from opening another app. Use it alongside a practical plan for the situations you want to handle differently.

Is Annoyify free?

Annoyify is free to download on Android. Google Play lists in-app purchases; check the store and any in-app purchase screen for current features, prices and terms before buying.

Do I need an account?

Yes. An account is needed to save your habits and preferences. The app uses account information, selected habits, check-ins and notification data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I pause reminders or delete my account?

Set quiet hours in Settings, or turn off notifications through your device settings. You can delete your account through the app. See the account deletion instructions for help.

Is this a medical treatment?

No. Annoyify is a reminder and tracking tool, not a medical treatment, and results vary. For smoking cessation or concerns about alcohol or eating, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
