4. Push Notifications
The core feature of Annoyify is sending frequent push notifications. By using the App and enabling notifications, you consent to receiving these notifications. You can control the frequency through the annoyance level setting and set quiet hours to pause notifications during specific times. You can also disable notifications through your device settings at any time.
5. Content
The App provides articles and notification content for informational and motivational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
6. Affiliate Content
The App may display affiliate product recommendations within articles. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party affiliate products.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your personal data, habits, notification history, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will help you break any specific habit. Results vary by individual.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annoyify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
